Account Deletion Policy

WEEKLY · Omassery, Kozhikode, Kerala, India

This policy explains what happens when a customer requests deletion of their WEEKLY Login & Order app account.

1. How to request deletion

Use the Delete My Account option in Login & Order, where available. Read the confirmation messages carefully before confirming. You can also contact weeklyofficial7@gmail.com or use the app’s Help & Support to ask for assistance.

2. What changes after deletion

3. Records retained by WEEKLY

Some order and transaction records may be retained for business accounting, sales/profit reports, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal or regulatory requirements. These retained records may remain available to authorised administrators even when they are no longer visible in the customer’s order history. Retention is limited by applicable requirements and operational needs.

Important: The app’s account-deletion flow is currently designed as a recoverable app-account deletion. It removes the active customer profile and signs you out, but may retain the underlying Google/Supabase authentication identity and business order records. This is not necessarily permanent deletion of every record or of the Google identity itself.

4. New account or reactivation

If you return later and complete the app’s registration/profile process with the same Google identity, you may use WEEKLY again. Previous business records may still exist for authorised administrative purposes, but old orders will not be included in your new customer-visible history period.

5. Processing and support

If you have a question about deletion or believe a request has not worked correctly, contact weeklyofficial7@gmail.com or use the app’s Help & Support. Please do not send passwords or authentication codes. Requests will be reviewed subject to identity verification and applicable law.

6. Applicable law

This policy does not remove rights that may apply under relevant law. The exact treatment of data may depend on the type of record and legal retention obligations.
